Welcome to jjvan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jjvan ("jjvan", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at jjvan.net and its associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing jjvan, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the jjvan platform.

jjvan is operated under an international gaming licence. We are committed to operating a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment for all players, with a particular focus on serving Pakistani players in accordance with local customs and payment preferences. These Terms have been drafted in plain English wherever possible to ensure Pakistani players fully understand their rights and obligations.

To register and use a jjvan account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not be self-excluded from jjvan or any other gambling platform under a currently active exclusion order.
• You must be using your own funds and not be acting on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a jjvan employee where that relationship would create a conflict of interest.

By completing the jjvan registration process, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ requirement — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account wallet.

Each player is permitted to hold only one jjvan account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or inadvertent — constitutes a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, jjvan reserves the right to merge, restrict, or close the duplicate account(s) and void any bets or bonuses associated with them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjvan login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jjvan strongly recommends enabling 2FA via your registered Pakistani mobile number for all accounts. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

• You must notify jjvan immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• jjvan will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that jjvan has fulfilled its own security obligations.
• jjvan may, at its discretion, require periodic re-verification of your identity and may temporarily restrict account access while such verification is pending.
• Your registered mobile number must remain active and accessible, as it is used for OTP delivery, 2FA, and account recovery. If your number changes, you must update your account details before losing access to the registered SIM.

jjvan accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your jjvan account to any third party. Any such transfer will be considered a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

jjvan supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. jjvan does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits made to jjvan must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered jjvan account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party payment accounts may be voided and returned, with any associated bets also voided.

jjvan reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above the KYC threshold. This may include proof of identity (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of the payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the JazzCash wallet). This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your account.

• jjvan may delay or refuse withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• If a deposit is made by an unrecognised payment method, jjvan may hold those funds pending investigation.
• Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of credit. Cryptocurrency exchange rate risk is borne entirely by the player.

All bets placed on jjvan — including pre-match, in-play, and special market bets on cricket, PSL, table tennis, and other covered sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by jjvan. Bets are subject to acceptance at jjvan's absolute discretion. jjvan reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. In-play odds fluctuate continuously. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• Manifest Errors: jjvan reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, typographical error, or pricing error that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Match Abandonment: For cricket and other sports, jjvan's market-specific rules govern settlement in the event of match abandonment, postponement, or interruption. As a general principle, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a result has been determined under the applicable competition rules.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets on PSL and other cricket markets are accepted subject to data feed availability. jjvan is not responsible for delays in live data that may affect in-play market availability.
• Maximum Winnings: jjvan applies maximum winnings limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by sport and market.

jjvan's casino section — accessible via jjvan Casino — includes live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and RNG slot titles from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play and NetEnt. All games are certified for fairness by independent testing authorities as required under jjvan's gaming licence.

jjvan may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an offer and begun fulfilling the associated wagering requirements will not be adversely affected by changes made after acceptance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjvan and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on jjvan, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or operate an account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other jjvan verification process.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sports betting, including placing bets based on insider knowledge obtained through corrupt means.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to place bets or interact with jjvan's betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using jjvan to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing jjvan from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law, using a VPN or proxy to disguise your actual location.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, using staking patterns designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to collectively exploit bonus structures.

jjvan is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jjvan account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately for reductions and after a cooling-off period for increases.
• Session Timers: Players may set session time reminders to alert them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account is suspended for betting and deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months and up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by jjvan's support team and are taken seriously — reversal of a self-exclusion is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and review process.

jjvan collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account with jjvan, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jjvan — including your name, CNIC, mobile number, and transaction history — is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes. jjvan does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All content on jjvan — including the jjvan brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, odds data, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of jjvan or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jjvan solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from jjvan without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjvan's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the jjvan platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjvan shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect or consequential loss of any kind;
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from the player's use of a VPN, proxy, or other method to access jjvan from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted.

Nothing in these Terms limits jjvan's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

jjvan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Suspected money laundering or financial crime;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Suspected use of automated tools or betting bots;
• Suspected match-fixing or use of corrupt insider information;
• Where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jjvan.

Upon termination for cause, jjvan reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, remaining funds will be returned to the player via the original deposit method. If wrongdoing is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part according to the severity of the breach.

Players may voluntarily close their jjvan account at any time by contacting live chat support. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending bets or active bonus wagering requirements — these will be settled according to their normal rules.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jjvan, you should first contact jjvan's customer support team via live chat. The support team will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within a reasonable timeframe. The majority of disputes relating to bet settlement, payment processing, and bonus terms are resolved at this level.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, escalated disputes will be reviewed by jjvan's compliance team. Players will be notified of the outcome in writing via the email address or mobile number registered on their jjvan account.

For bet settlement disputes specifically, jjvan's decision — following internal review — is final. Bet settlement is governed by the event result as confirmed by the official governing body of the sport in question (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL results).

jjvan reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jjvan will notify registered players via the mobile number or email address on their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of jjvan after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using jjvan and may request account closure by contacting support.

Minor amendments — such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to payment method lists — may be made without individual player notification, at jjvan's discretion.
